Heuristic Evaluation and Cognitive Walkthrough of Ecommerce Site

Heuristic Evaluation and Cognitive Walkthrough of Ecommerce Site

I was tasked with conducting a Heuristic Evaluation and Cognitive Walkthrough on a website of my choice.

I chose to conduct my testing on automafiaracing.com as it is a small buisness without much design support.

Conclusion.

Auto Mafia's online storefront is usable in the terms that the user can complete their goal, but it can be heavily improved by referencing my found design iterations. I would recommend that Auto Mafia Racing improves CMS filtering as the main method to improve the user experience.

I wanted to show this exercise because it shows very simple and somewhat easy tasks that UX designers can leverage throughout many design spaces, in order to quickly find improvements without the need for direct user involvement.
